All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and can be tracked using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. Our packaging is designed to keep your jewelry safe and secure during transit.
Our express shipping option is available for an additional fee and guarantees delivery within 1-2 business days. Please note that express shipping is not available. If you have any questions about our shipping options or need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer support team.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Che Figo Charms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact our customer support team to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
